These terms govern appointments booked through the Nina Avakyan Skincare Studio website. By booking, you agree to the following.
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. When you attend your appointment, the full $50 is applied toward the cost of your treatment.
If you do not show up for your appointment, or you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, your $50 deposit is forfeited and is NOT refundable under any circumstances. The deposit exists to hold your reserved time; a missed appointment means that time cannot be given to another client. As a one-time courtesy, a forfeited deposit may — at our sole discretion — be applied to a single rescheduled appointment booked within two weeks of the original date. This courtesy is not guaranteed and does not entitle you to a refund.
We stand behind our work. If you attend your appointment, receive your treatment, and are genuinely not satisfied, we will refund your $50 deposit. This guarantee applies only to treatments that are actually performed. It does not apply to missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations — in those cases the $50 is forfeited and non-refundable as described above. The guarantee covers the $50 intro deposit and must be raised with us at the time of your visit.
Payments and deposits are processed securely through Square. Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and may change. Treatment prices are confirmed at the time of service.
Our treatments are cosmetic skincare and beauty services. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please inform your esthetician of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your treatment.
