Cookies, analytics & session recording

• Google Ads measures whether a visit came from one of our ads and whether it led to a booking.
• Microsoft Clarity records anonymised sessions — how a page was scrolled and where it was tapped or clicked — and produces heatmaps. This helps us find parts of the site that are confusing or broken. Clarity automatically masks text you type into form fields, and we never use it to view payment details.
